Humans at the heart

My diagnosis made me realise that I was going to need to build a toolkit of things that would make my life easier.

In 2017 I was part of a BBC2 documentary called The Big Life Fix which showed me the power of technology and things that are designed specifically for human needs.

​

This session is about designing products and services for humans. It touches on my career and learnings as a Creative Director, my personal experience and industry benchmarks.

After the talk the floor opens to a Q&A.
